＜Location＞ This hotel is a little far from Florence's tourist attractions, but you can easily reach them by tram. Travelers who use the airport have a greater advantage than hotels near tourist attractions. ＜Price＞ Compared to hotels near tourist attractions, it has an advantage in terms of price, and the surrounding marts are also cheap. ＜Facility＞ It is managed perfectly as a four-star hotel. There are no broken facilities, and the shower temperature is warm. Breakfast is American Buffet-style, and the handmade cake is delicious. ＜Service＞ Service is fast and motivated. When we arrived, some problems occurred, but the hotel actively solved and compensated us. Anyone can make a mistake, and I think, we can see the true value in solving it. ＜Comprehensive Evaluation＞I appreciate the enthusiasm and authenticity of this hotel.

酒店很大很乾凈整潔，前台的服務員服務態度很好，當我鑰匙打不開房門的時候親自和我回房間幫我打開門，酒店早餐很豐盛，唯一美中不足的一點就是距離佛羅倫薩市中心稍遠，可換乘公交。

服務態度沒問題。但是酒店太老了。衞生也沒做乾淨。浴缸上還有頭髮。而且隔音也不好。可能弗洛倫薩酒店就這樣。這還是非週末，一晚上1500多。

Was an ok hotel needs a major overhaul and renovation though everything was super old and was kept well. The bathrooms were especially dated. Breakfast was good though and free, plus the free parking was a perk but limited.

佛羅倫薩市郊的一個酒店，周圍街區有些臟亂，按照這個價格來説，酒店房間也有些老舊了，暫時住一天還能勉強接受，時間長還是找個其他的地方比較好。

Room was extremely small, don’t trust the description! Room was around 8m2, we couldn’t even open our luggage… Cleanliness was ok. Service, appearance and attitude of the reception staff was not good. I expected much more from a best western plus hotel! Car parking is extremely tight and space is highly restricted. Would not recommend to go there again.

El hotel es bueno aunque las instalaciones están un poco viejas. La atención del personal es muy buena y se esmeran por hacerte sentir bien, especialmente Anna quien nos dio mucha ayuda y apoyo para planear nuestra estadía y visita.

피렌체 산타마리아 역에서 트렘 타고 이동해야해요. 트렘에서 걸어서 10분 정도 가야해요. 시설은 일반적인 호텔과 비슷해요. 작은 냉장고가 있고 물은4병이 무료로 제공해줘요. 다른 음식은 냉장할 수 없어요. 아주 작은 냉장고.예요

早上10點20到達灑店,竟然讓我們提前入住真是感謝,除了地點不在市中心其他都很好,真不懂為何評價不太高 ,以這價錢入住我會給他9分,值的推薦。
